Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Organize, stock, and manage inventory to ensure optimal warehouse flow and accuracy.
- Perform regular quality checks on incoming and outgoing shipments to prevent errors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Document all daily activities and report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to all company policies and standard operating procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory for qualified candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Must be able to pass a background check and a pre-employment drug screen.
