Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials by hand or using material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks).
- Verify and keep records of incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy.
- Prepare items for shipment by assembling, packaging, and labeling.
- Organize warehouse storage and ensure inventory accuracy through regular counts.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as directed by management.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding daily goals and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Reliable transportation and a stable work history.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled warehouse setting.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
