Responsibilities
- Receive, verify, and accurately stock incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Operate powered industrial trucks (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and quality targets.
- Perform basic data entry and inventory reconciliation tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required (we offer training).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
