Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise to ensure accuracy and organization.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with speed and precision using RF scanners.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area by adhering to all safety protocols and company standards.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies with the inventory management system.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners or RF devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
