Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pick and Pack: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe by following all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Equipment Operation: Operate material handling equipment (MHE) and scanners correctly and efficiently.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we offer training for qualified candidates.
- Skills: Basic math skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Background: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
