Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with high accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and inventory counts.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Load & Unload: Efficiently load and unload trucks using conveyor belts and manual handling.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized and clean to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and committed to a consistent work schedule.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Drug Screen: Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in order processing and data entry.
- Availability: Must be available for day, swing, or night shifts.
