Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials to and from the storage areas and delivery vehicles.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely and efficiently.
- Pick and pack customer orders with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer skills for scanning barcodes and using inventory software.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
