Responsibilities
- Picking and Packing: Accurately select, pack, and label merchandise for shipment to meet delivery deadlines.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records in the WMS (Warehouse Management System).
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load & Unload: Efficiently load and unload trucks using appropriate safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or general labor preferred.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Focus: Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols strictly.
- Documentation: Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn new processes and adapt to changing production schedules.
