Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing inventory to ensure stock levels are correct and merchandise is undamaged.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks efficiently during peak seasons.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime as required.
