Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort merchandise onto pallets or shelves using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies to the inventory manager.
- Package and label items accurately to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for scanning barcodes and counting inventory.
- Must be reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
