Responsibilities
- Perform daily receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations accurately and efficiently.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Conduct inventory checks and stock management to ensure product availability.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we provide training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid driver's license (for local delivery duties if applicable).
