Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to meet daily targets.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock checks and organize inventory to maintain accurate records.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and keep the workspace clean and organized.
- Load/Unload Operations: Assist in loading and unloading trucks efficiently during shifts.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage or defects.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we offer paid training for motivated candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available for flexible hours, including nights and weekends if required.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
