Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Sort, organize, and stock merchandise on the warehouse floor.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damages and ensure accurate inventory counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate scanning equipment and computer systems to update shipment status.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (loading docks).
