Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Safely and efficiently load, unload, and sort merchandise using handheld scanners and forklifts.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels and organize warehouse aisles to ensure maximum workflow efficiency.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and verify accuracy against purchase orders.
- Equipment Handling: Operate warehouse machinery (including pallet jacks and forklifts) following all safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training for the right candidates.
- Reliability: Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately.
- Attendance: Must be punctual and willing to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
