Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks in a safe and timely manner.
- Organize inventory and maintain a tidy workspace.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid forklift certification (preferred but not always required).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Reliable transportation to and from work in Oakland.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
