Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Pick and pack customer orders efficiently using warehouse management systems.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock rotation to prevent product loss.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and safety goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are required.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation is necessary to get to the job site.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if needed.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not mandatory for entry-level positions.
