Responsibilities
- Receive, verify, and stock incoming inventory with accuracy and efficiency.
- Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment using standard shipping software.
- Perform regular inventory counts and report discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely when certified.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems.
- Reliable transportation and a consistent work history.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
