Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Inventory Accuracy: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Organization: Organize and stock inventory in designated areas to maintain optimal flow.
- Sanitation: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times.
- Safety Compliance: Strictly follow all safety protocols and company policies.
- Data Entry: Operate handheld scanners and inventory management software.
- Support: Assist in physical inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Work Environment: Willingness to work in various environments, including refrigerated and outdoor areas.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Background: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from work.
