Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with 100% accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and ensure inventory levels are maintained.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and workplace protocols.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Documentation: Valid ID and ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Availability: Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- License: Forklift certification is a plus but we provide training.
