Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with accuracy and speed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Verify inventory counts and update warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Assist in organizing stockrooms and ensuring proper labeling.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory (we offer paid training).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Boston facility.
