Responsibilities
- Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently in a high-volume environment.
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise with 100% accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, adhering to strict deadlines.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspace at all times.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and resolve logistical issues.
Qualifications
- Ability to pass a standard background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in data entry and inventory management.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the Charlotte facility.
