Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and organize incoming shipments efficiently
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely following OSHA standards
- Manage inventory using barcode scanning systems
- Pick and pack customer orders with zero-error accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work zones
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
- Reliable transportation to our Commerce Street facility
- Flexibility to work 8-hour shifts (5am-1pm, 1pm-9pm, or 9pm-5pm)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
