Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport materials safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a focus on speed and precision.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in our digital systems.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Equipment Operation: Operate scanning equipment and verify shipping labels and documentation.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the shipping and receiving departments to meet daily production goals.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of obstructions at all times.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required for immediate hires.
- Documentation: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Background Check: Must be willing to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Skills: Basic computer skills and strong attention to detail.
