Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials by hand or using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against bills of lading and invoices to ensure accuracy.
- Sort, pack, and label products for storage or shipment.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Operate scanning equipment and inventory management systems efficiently.
- Assist in organizing the warehouse layout to maximize workflow and safety.
- Report damaged or defective goods immediately to the supervisor.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory counting.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required for immediate hire.
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance.
