Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to load, unload, and transport materials.
- Inventory Management: Sort, organize, and stock inventory with high precision to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, accuracy, and completeness.
- Workspace Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Data Entry: Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and update logs.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Experience: Prior experience in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing is a plus, but not required (we provide paid training).
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when counting stock and preparing orders.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable form of transportation and be available for overtime as needed.
- Documentation: Ability to read and comprehend safety instructions and work orders.
