Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders to meet daily and weekly performance targets.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels in the warehouse system.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners, in a safe manner.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies and report issues immediately.
- Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and compliant with all safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass a background check.
