Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload freight trucks using proper equipment.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate inventory counts and organize stock to maintain warehouse standards.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with shift leads and team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Quality Control: Inspect shipments for damage and ensure proper documentation is completed.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and strong work ethic.
- Communication: Basic English skills for reading instructions and communicating with the team.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
