Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move inventory safely and efficiently.
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in the system.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company policies to ensure a secure warehouse environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and operational targets.
- Perform general warehouse maintenance, including sweeping, organizing, and equipment checks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required (comprehensive training provided).
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory management.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and available for varied shifts including weekends.
- Basic computer proficiency for scanning barcodes and logging data.
