Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely use forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move inventory.
- Stock and Organize: Receive, unpack, and store incoming merchandise in designated areas.
- Pick and Pack Orders: Accurately select and prepare customer orders for shipping.
- Inventory Control: Assist with regular inventory counts and stock level checks.
- Maintain Safety Standards: Keep the workspace clean and compliant with all safety regulations.
- Collaborate with Team: Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Communication Skills: Basic reading and writing skills in English.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
