Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy and product integrity
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse space following OSHA safety standards
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) after certification
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Document inventory transactions and participate in cycle counts
- Adapt to changing priorities while maintaining productivity standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
