Job Overview:
We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented and physically capable of meeting the demands of a busy warehouse environment. Your primary focus will be on receiving, sorting, and organizing stock to ensure our clients receive their orders on time.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and unload merchandise from incoming trucks, verifying quantities against invoices.
- Sort, organize, and stock items in designated storage areas using RF scanners and shelving systems.
- Prepare and package orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and secure packaging.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems, following all safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to the inventory control manager.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times to comply with OSHA standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software (RF scanners) is a plus.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
