Responsibilities
- Receive, scan, and organize incoming inventory with precision
- Pick and pack orders efficiently for same-day shipping
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely
- Maintain accurate inventory records in our WMS system
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Inspect products for quality before shipment
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy with inventory software
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
