Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials within the warehouse.
- Load and unload trucks: Receive, inspect, and stage incoming shipments while ensuring accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Management: Assist in cycle counts and maintaining accurate stock records to ensure inventory integrity.
- Packaging & Labeling: Properly package, label, and prepare products for shipment to meet customer standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred, but we provide comprehensive on-the-job training for motivated candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable means of transportation and be available for full-time shifts.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screen prior to employment.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in data entry and inventory handling.
