Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently pick and pack merchandise for shipment using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts to ensure data integrity.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as required.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and accuracy before processing.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area organized, clean, and safe in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Load & Unload: Load and unload trucks using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and walk on various surfaces.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
