Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping of merchandise with high accuracy.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move stock efficiently within the facility.
- Ensure all safety regulations and company policies are strictly followed at all times.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain organized warehouse aisles.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and quality targets.
- Load and unload trucks safely using proper lifting techniques.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the facility.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends during peak seasons.
