Responsibilities
- Load and unload materials and products safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and condition.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety regulations.
- Package and label items for shipment according to company standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and quotas.
- Operate scanning equipment to manage inventory levels efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse software (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
