Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently to meet daily production targets.
- Inspect products for quality assurance and damage before shipping.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and inventory management.
- Assist with packaging and labeling shipments accurately.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
- Flexibility to work overtime and varying shifts as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred but not always required.
