Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments with accuracy and speed.
- Pick, pack, and label orders for shipment according to company protocols.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor belts.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using scanning technology and software.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required (we offer training).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
