Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping orders with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in full compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and manage stock levels to prevent shortages.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks using proper safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding daily workflow and potential issues.
- Perform general maintenance and cleaning of equipment and storage areas.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners is preferred.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
