Responsibilities
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment with accuracy and speed to meet daily targets.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels and stock locations.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently within the warehouse floor.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure strict safety compliance.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits as directed by management.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks during peak operational periods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods in a warehouse setting.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment processes.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work overtime when necessary.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
