Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and verify incoming stock to ensure inventory levels match system records.
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring all items are labeled correctly and ready for delivery.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to move materials within the warehouse.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations, maintaining a clean and hazard-free work environment at all times.
- Quality Control: Perform routine quality checks on products to prevent defective items from leaving the warehouse.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with shift supervisors and team members to meet daily productivity targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Documentation: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
