Responsibilities
- Pack, seal, and label products accurately for shipment using industrial packing materials.
- Sort, organize, and retrieve inventory from warehouse shelves using scanners and RF devices.
- Load and unload trucks safely, adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Conduct daily quality control checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts as directed by management.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, when certified.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required for entry-level positions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic are essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
