Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming inventory using handheld scanners and RF technology.
- Pack and label orders accurately to ensure timely shipping to our distribution network.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain stock accuracy and reduce shrinkage.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily performance targets.
- Keep workstations and aisles clean, organized, and compliant with 5S standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using RF scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Valid photo ID or social security card for I-9 verification.
