Responsibilities
- Pack and Prepare: Safely pack and label products for shipment to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
- Inventory Control: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and organizing warehouse spaces efficiently.
- Material Handling: Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided).
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for defects and report any issues to the supervisor immediately.
- Cleaning & Safety: Maintain a clean, safe work environment by following all safety protocols.
- Customer Support: Interact with team members to ensure seamless workflow and communication.
Qualifications
- Reliability: A strong track record of showing up on time and working well independently.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic counting and inventory tracking.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends and overtime.
