Responsibilities
- Package and prepare goods: Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment, ensuring all items are securely wrapped and clearly labeled.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts to ensure accuracy.
- Material Handling: Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided) to move materials efficiently.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and discrepancies before processing.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other warehouse staff and management to meet daily production goals and safety standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; no prior experience necessary.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable form of transportation and pass a background check.
- Communication: Basic English communication skills required.
