Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently by locating, picking, and packing items using handheld scanners.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and organizing stock to ensure quick retrieval.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery (training provided upon hiring).
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure proper labeling and packaging standards are met.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with all safety protocols.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to meet daily productivity targets.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA regulations and company safety policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic Skills: Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Reliability: Must have a consistent work history and a strong work ethic.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends if necessary.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from the El Paso facility.
