Responsibilities
- Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Packing and Shipping: Accurately sort, pack, and prepare products for shipment to meet daily quotas.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and performing cycle counts.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Customer Service: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including mornings, afternoons, nights, and weekends.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and a history of punctuality.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred, but not mandatory.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions and maintain high accuracy standards.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
