Responsibilities
- Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload merchandise from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records by scanning and organizing stock.
- Packaging: Properly package items to ensure they arrive at their destination in perfect condition.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and safe by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies immediately to the shift supervisor.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with team members and support cross-functional departments as needed.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to show up on time, every time.
- Communication: Basic English reading and writing skills to follow safety instructions.
