Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight, materials, and equipment safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inspect goods for damage or defects and report discrepancies to management immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety regulations and protocols.
- Process and verify incoming and outgoing shipments accurately using warehouse management systems.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and inventory accuracy.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock organization as directed by supervisors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Forklift certification is highly desirable.
