Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently using warehouse management systems.
- Operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment to ensure optimal workflow.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and stock rotation to minimize shrinkage.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and monthly performance goals.
- Unload trucks and verify incoming shipments for accuracy.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, if required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
